Join us for a Vision Board Workshop at Clifton Nurseries, a dedicated time to step back from the day-to-day grind and reconnect with what really matters. This isn’t just about goal-setting, it’s about alignment. We’ll reflect, dream, and create a vision that brings together your ambitions, values, and deeper sense of purpose.
This workshop started as a gathering around my kitchen table with a few close friends, high-achieving professionals who, despite their success, craved space to think beyond their careers. Their enthusiasm led me to expand this into a public offering, and the response has been incredible. If you’ve been looking for a chance to reflect on your next chapter with intention, this is it.
What to Expect:
A guided process to clarify what’s truly meaningful to you, beyond external expectations
Thought-provoking questions to help you reconnect with your purpose and priorities
Hands-on vision board creation to translate your goals into a tangible, inspiring roadmap
A supportive space to step away from the “serious professional” mindset and dream boldly
Who This Is For:
This workshop is for professionals, founders, and leaders who want more than just career success: they want fulfillment. If you’re feeling stuck, craving clarity, or simply ready to create a vision that aligns your life and work, this session is for you.
Key Takeaways:
A clearer understanding of what truly drives you, not just what you “should” want
A vision board that serves as a roadmap for your next chapter
A renewed sense of purpose, motivation, and excitement for what’s next
Let’s make 2025 the year you step into alignment, purpose, and fulfillment.
[Past] Taking your next steps: Executive coaching and networking — In Partnership with Unilever & The Ladder Club
Taking the Next Steps in Your Career – In Partnership with Unilever & The Ladder Club

This event has now passed.
On Wednesday 13th March 2024, we had the honor of partnering with The Ladder Club (TLC), an incredible community for Black women on the path to senior leadership, founded by Liseli Sumbwanyambe. In less than six months, Liseli has built a thriving network of over 200 professional women, and it was inspiring to witness the strength of this community firsthand.
Alongside Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda, I co-designed and facilitated a session at Unilever’s global headquarters in London on Taking the Next Steps in Your Career, focusing on the power of values and how women can take ownership of their careers authentically, powerfully, and with greater ease.
Here were some of the most powerful takeaways from the incredible group of women in the room:
"Throw the ladder back down." Once you’ve made it up, even just one rung, help others climb faster and with more ease than you did.
You have the power to build a strong, supportive network. It starts with just one meaningful relationship.
Challenge the scarcity mindset. What if there is room for many more of us in positions of power, especially if we uplift each other?Reframe your “What ifs?” Instead of focusing on negative possibilities, ask: What if it works? What if I succeed?
Vulnerability in a trusted group is powerful. When we openly share, we break down barriers and lift each other up.Your fears and doubts aren’t unique. The women you admire have faced the same limiting beliefs, and moved past them. How will you?
"Face the fearful fight in front of you." Growth happens when we lean into the challenges that scare us.
A huge thank you to Unilever and Priscilla Baffour (She/Her) for hosting us, and to Liseli Sumbwanyambe for leading this movement with such impact.
If you’re a corporate looking to empower Black women professionals, TLC is an exceptional organization to partner with this year. If you’re looking for a facilitator to support your teams in building confidence and taking ownership of their career growth, get in touch.
