Sarah Thorpe Scott is an executive coach and advisor known for her work at the intersection of leadership, identity, and family-enterprise systems. She supports corporate leaders and family enterprises as they navigate complexity, lead through transition, and set the next generation up for success. She speaks and writes about the human dynamics shaping the future of work and wealth, including values-aligned careers, next-gen identity, and raising children in wealth.

Sarah brings more than 20 years of experience across investment banking at Credit Suisse, leadership roles at NBC and Forbes, and serving as Managing Director, EMEA at The New York Times. She also brings the lived insight of someone who has personally navigated a multigenerational family business as both a leader and a family member.
