Laying the Foundations for Generational Transition

Glad to see Bedrock publish my article. My argument: generational transitions in family enterprise rarely fail for technical reasons. The technical skills matter, but they can be learned. What's harder, and far less addressed, is the relational work underneath. The conversations about readiness, expectations, and what's actually being handed over tend to be the ones that never quite happen. Not because families are broken, but because no one has built the relational foundation to have them well. Read it here.
